The room was super clean. All the staff were friendly. I was unwell during this trip but the room was comfortable enough to relax. The hotel is 40.minute walk from Skanderburg Square and upper floors have a nice view of the surrounding hills.

Exceptional service and a beautiful stay
We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Tirana and the service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were exceptional — we were kindly allowed an early check-in, and as I was travelling with my niece, she received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. A big thank you to the reception staff and the manager for their professionalism and warmth.
The room was beautifully arranged, tasteful, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and a special mention goes to Valbona, whose care and attentiveness made our mornings feel very welcoming. The food was good and well presented.
Overall, a very comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
Wow what an amazing stay we had, the service is excellent from check in to check out! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so beautiful, I really recommend this hotel.
Had an amazing time, beautiful interiors, clean, great food and very nice staff. Only 8 min to the centre by car and 15 min from the airport which is very convenient.
The hotel and staff were excellent and very friendly and positive! The rooms and entire property were extremely clean, modern and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tirana.
It was a regular hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the bartender. The pool are was great. Getter to the hotel is a bit of a challenge because it's on one side of a motorway, so to get there and back you need to drive much further.
