"We came to this property because it was described on expedia web page as being pet friendly. There was, however a $50.00 pet deposit, preferably in cash, refundable upon check-out if no extra cleaning or pet damage noted. This was not mentioned in hotel's description. The facility was obviously undergoing rehab of old furniture and decorating with some completed and some not. "Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area. "

"Avoid. We were sold a room without running water. Front desk guy was great, he gave us the next door room and told us not to worry about returning the key for the original room: great, because our baby had already gone to sleep. Next thing I know, the hotel owner/manager/whatever tried to let himself into our rooms at 10pm. I told him I’d pay for two rooms just to get him out of my hair. Not coming back ever."

"It definitely needed some fixing!! Very outdated paint was chipping and messy in the main area, our bathroom was not very clean room was ok not great very very noisy night probably would not ever stay there again!!"
