"Too remote and high up in the mountain with winding roads. Hard to drive and dizzy every time. Also they only clean the room every 3 days with limited front desk hours and no phone in the room which make it very difficult for any service or request. "

"Nice hotel in a beautiful setting outside of Sorrento. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room overlooking the pool and with the sea in the distance. Great breakfast included. There is a restaurant in the hotel but it is a very short walk (10 minutes) to a nearby hill town with a variety of restaurant options. Nice pool (although not heated). On-site parking was available."

We stayed in September '25 for two nights and it was the most relaxing two of our trip in southern Italy. We ate meals at the roof restaurant, spent an afternoon by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Parking was, of course, expensive, but the hotel handled it professionally and found us a spot that fit our Audi A5, a pretty large car for that area. "
