"Great location and generally nice hotel, Not sure if we just got a bad room but I was certainly expecting more for the price. Our room definitely needed renovation or at least some serious tlc. During the night we could hear the plumbing when another room flushed the loo, this woke us up. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. Stayed on the 7th floor, king bed room with balcony. Super clean, nice breakfast. Clean fresh bedding and towels every day. Concierge service was excellent. Very walkable to all major attractions, restaurants, shopping. Great stay! "

"The bathroom showed signs of mold in certain areas, and a significant concern was the inconsistency of the hot water. Additionally, some parts of the property appeared to lack proper maintenance.
Nevertheless, the hotel is overall quite good, offering a breakfast with a wide variety of options, an excellent location, and a staff that is consistently courteous and professional.
