"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"
"Absolutely great! Secluded reasonably small hotel on the mountain, great views, great amenities. Extremely quite and staff is super friendly. Worth the price"
"This hotel is amazing! The property is beautiful and has everything a traveler could want. Location and amenities were perfect, including entry into the Merano Terme. The staff was professional and very helpful. I’d stay here again for sure. "
"Very nice property but they do not have a shuttle. I would not recommend this property for anyone who is coming to Sölden without a car as the taxis will gouge you (25 euro for a short drive into town)."
"Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly.
Issues:
- Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms).
- Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping
- ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room).
Definitely an overrated and overpriced hotel for the...
