"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"I just returned from 2 weeks in Northern Italy and Merano was my first stop. We stayed for 3 nights. We are a family of 4 and selected Kuntino because of its location (in the center of the city) and the size of the space. We loved everything about this place even though it wasn't a traditional hotel experience. These are beautiful, modern apartments owned by a wonderful family. "Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. Gut, das kann das Hotel nichts dafür, für mich war der Pool dadurch leider eher tabu. Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. "

"Really nice spacious room, friendly staff and a wonderful evening meal. Parking is a short walk away in a secure underground car park, if you have a super low slung car best to leave it in the open car park up top as the ramp is quite steep. Very welcoming staff"

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war schon vor der offiziellen Zeit bezugsbereit. Herzlichen Dank. Alle Wünsche wurden möglich gemacht. Personal war beim Nachtessen und Frühstück ausserordentlich freundlich. Schöne Zimmer, einziger negativer Punkt "Teppichboden"!"
