"Beautiful hotel , great place , great food and super staff."

"Struttura molto bella, panorama incantevole. Camera in perfetto ordine, accogliente, spaziosa, dotata di tutti i confort, compresi i calici da prosecco. Ampio balcone con vista mozzafiato sulle montagne da cui abbiamo ammirato una bellissima alba. Bagno enorme con vasca grande e comoda. Tutto eccellente! Accoglienza cordiale e gentile."

" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."

"The staff was very helpful. For ecample they allowed me to use the spa facilities on the day of my check-out after retunring from a trail running event although the check-out time already passed. "

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"I just returned from 2 weeks in Northern Italy and Merano was my first stop. We stayed for 3 nights. We are a family of 4 and selected Kuntino because of its location (in the center of the city) and the size of the space. We loved everything about this place even though it wasn't a traditional hotel experience. These are beautiful, modern apartments owned by a wonderful family. Aurelie and Dominique were great hosts and helped us in whatever we asked for. They own the cafe below the...

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war schon vor der offiziellen Zeit bezugsbereit. Herzlichen Dank. Alle Wünsche wurden möglich gemacht. Personal war beim Nachtessen und Frühstück ausserordentlich freundlich. Schöne Zimmer, einziger negativer Punkt "Teppichboden"!"

"Var her med min kæreste og barn på 1,5. Vi havde en lejlighed med altan og dette kan varmt anbefales hvis man rejser med børn. Hotellet står ekstremt skarpt og har en meget høj service. Køkkenet reflektere på Østrig og Italien på en fantastisk måde."
