"This is a simple 2 star hotel, but might be the best hotel that San Ignacio has to offer. Great rooftop pool. Free covered parking. Great staff. Great location to excursion offices. Staff worked very hard to get me a shuttle from San Ignacio to BZE. Shopping and restaurants are just outside the front door."

"Unit was fully furnished, and even came stocked with coffee for our morning dip in the pool! Incredible hospitality, and perfect location for those who like it a bit quieter. Will definitely recommend, and stay again when we come back. Thank you so much, to the entire team!"

"The room was clean.The grounds were clean.The pool was clean.Granted,some of the areas were a little tired like the edge of the pool.The slate rock work was missing a pice here and there.Our AC broke down on our 2nd to last day in our room.The staff was very understanding and moved us right next door.Same quality unit so very easy move.Our breakfast next morning was free.What really stood out was the food ad the bar service.The staff was amazing.Everyone of them was very friendly and enjoyable.All in all,this resort is amazing.I would highly reccomend staying here.Simply put, the best staff i have encountered in a resort,hotel etc. ever."

"Great property (seemingly) as we stayed for a night. Main issue: we came in at 12:30 to check-in (2pm reservation) - the property was empty (1 guest) but they refused to get us rooms till 2pm. We were hoping to freshen up before we headed to the next spot - we ended up going to the next spot & returning at 10pm & check-out at 6am. In short we’re not sure what the property has to offer but disappointed with the check-in capability with an empty resort. "

"The lodge was in a really unique and ecological setting. It was a delight to find luxury settings in the middle of a beautiful lush forest. Quietly observing the natural wildlife was the highlight of the stay!"

"Clean room, great hammock, one thing is I couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower. If you turned it on by itself it was scalding hot but when I turned the cold on, the hot water was gone. Only cold which was fine because it wasn’t that cold but definitely not warm"
