"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

My room was spotless, well-prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed: clean drinking water, perfectly working air conditioning, and a cozy, restful bed. The bathroom was immaculate with strong water flow and all the essentials ready to use. Even the little details, like fresh slippers and working remotes, were taken care of. What impressed me most was how genuinely attentive the staff were. Every request I made was met quickly and with a smile, which made my stay feel effortless and stress-free. Instead of feeling tired and overwhelmed after traveling, I was able to relax, recharge, and truly enjoy my vacation. Clover Hotel exceeded every expectation and set the standard for hospitality. "Nice working elevator, artworks here and there, modern industrial furnished rooms with ref, clean and comfy beddings, aircon is cold too. In room wifi, and a balcony. Can still improve with sound proofing. Thanks tho! Its a good hotel. ☺️"

"I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative arrangements on my own. While the hotel did eventually offer other accommodations, the overall experience was very poor and far from acceptable."

"Nice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too."
