There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on...

"We stayed in the Suite Paradiso. The room wasn't huge but it was okay for a family of 4 and good enough for our 4 night stay. Housekeeping , staff at the bar and restaurants were exceptional and very friendly and informative. Fitness center was small but clean and good equipment. I only wished we could've connected to our tv for Netflix. We recommend this hotel and would come back to visit again. "

"This is the first class property. And also first class staff. My wife and I bought a bottle of wine at dinner. By the end of dinner, we thought that we drank three bottles of wine. The reason why is because every time we took a sip or two the waiter would come and refill our glasses. Or I should say waiters. He was there so many times and was so attentive that we literally thought we drink three bottles of wine. It was a very beautiful experience. I was impressed with the property and the people."
