"Clean and efficient. Location is 15 mins to Guggenheim, 10 mins to old town centre. Not quite in the centre of things, but still quite walkable. For the price paid it was excellent. "

"If this building was in a different part of town, it would be incredible. And probably twice the price. As is, it's a rough street, lots of seemingly homeless people and shouting through out the night. My room was ground floor, street side so I kept the window covered so people couldn't look in. But the room is great, nice bed, great kitchen area, nice bathroom, helpful staff etc."

"The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning"
