The room was clean with fresh air available, cleaned daily to a good standard. A beautiful bar but the service there was dependant on the staff member on duty. Gym for some reason doesn’t open til 7am, and steam room / sauna require request to be switched on. The breakfast is well above average and the restaurant staff at breakfast are attentive...

"Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable room, there is a playground for the kids nearby, big park, U-bahn 5 minutes from the hotel. But the door to the bathroom was from the glass and very heavy, we couldn't even close it properly. The room was very clean and I've found some hairs in the bathroom and on the bed."
