Reception staff are lovely and very friendly Hotel has recently been upgraded and some work is still ongoing, some more work in the garden by the lake is required. Lovely hotel, the staff were all very helpful, room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was very nice and lots of choice. We enjoyed the gardens in the sunshine, we would absolutely plan a return visit.
