Great location, five minute walk to the port. Fine breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. Nice room with all necessities: safe, fridge, small table, roomy bathroom. Would stay again.

The hotel is well located with 3 minute walk to Metro station. It is also close to major attractions and train station. We found an issue with our room but hotel resolved it quickly. Excellent customer service!

The rooms were incredibly stuffy at night because they don’t turn the air conditioning on in the winter, however, leaving a window open is so noisy .. couldn’t leave open because of noise level. Not acceptable.

Originally, I was looking for a hotel with parking, and web site said this hotel had parking, so I decided to use. However, there were streetcars and stalls in front of the hotel, so we couldn't get close to the car, and of course there was no hotel parking lot. I parked my car in the 24-hour indoor parking lot recommended by the hotel, but my car was broken into and all my luggage was stolen. I had to drive all the way to London with the windows broken and I never want to travel to this hotel or Marseille again. The public safety is also very bad, so please be careful.

I had a quick look around the hotel as it is a noisey area of Marseille so when I was given a low floored room I asked for one on a higher floor. I was assured by the manageress that it was quiet. It wasn’t and had two sleepless nights as the noise was incessant with constant shouting until 3am then service vehicles emptying waste or making deliveries. For my final night I was moved to a quieter room. The annoying thing is that the manager would have been well aware of this yet decided to patronise me instead. There were plenty of rooms as well on the first two nights as the hotel was empty. Breakfast was ‘ok’ but slow to replenish stock and with limited choice. I won’t stay again - better value hotels elsewhere.

Great Stay
Great stay. Room was cleaned and comfortable. We had an issue one night were the AC stopped working for some rooms but it was fixed quickly. Location is good walking distance to port and restaurants.

The property was super clean, beautifully furnished, room were nice, and shower & bathroom was great. The area of around the hotel was wonderful, I feel very safe.

They will clean your bank acount !!!!
Terible hotel with terible staff, they took money from my acount and cant get t back!! On check in they charge 640€ deposit, after 2 days į payd 509 for 2 days staing and extend my arieing for 1 more day my acount was charged for 350 € more !! My money iš frozen !!! Į cant buy the plain tickets becouse į dont have enought money in my acount!!! Never stay in this hotel!!!!!!

Nice hotel with an excellent location near the old port, though you have to understand that this part of Marseille can be a little rough. Parking in the paid public lot is a bit far away.

Excellent Service from Valentine
The rooms were new, very clean, and very comfortable, with a great mattress and a large TV to match. Location wasn't bad, as it was 5 min walk from the port, and along a main road. The best part of the whole thing was the service we got from the hotel staff. Valentine in particular was very helpful to us after I had my phone stolen by a snatch thief, as we were walking along the Quai de rive neuve. Valentine was extremely understanding, empathetic, friendly and warm, and he assisted us with making our check-out process smoother. We were grateful for his kindness and warmth after the incident.
