Our couple of day stayed was good until I met the rude staff member from the restaurant on Tuesday morning 3/26. Unprofessional, and rude arguing that my two year grandson could not get his breakfast. When we checked in we were informed kids under 12 eat free but wasn’t told that it needed to be with a paying adult. The breakfast is OK but not for 20 euros, paying was not the problem it was her rudeness and confrontational behavior.

The room was comfortable but the floor was dirty! The rest of the room seemed clean. It was as if someone forgot to vacuum. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant because there didn’t seem to be anything convenient and the hotel had a gated entrance. Meal was ok. They also have a full bar that was nice. We had breakfast in the morning that was also ok. Not great but not bad. Service was good and staff were very helpful and efficient. Getting the shuttle from airport was not easy.

The convenience of free airport shuttle with courteous and friendly Holiday inn Shuttle drivers. The welcoming and professional hotel staff at reception, not to mention the absolutely highly recommended for a fee breakfast buffet in the morning- highly recommended for anyone passing through MRS.

Nice hotel !
Our stay was just for one night but it was perfect! The room was big and clean. The staff was very nice. Our shuttle was on time for the airport. The only thing that hotels.com need to change in the description is the hotel is not in walking distance from the airport you need to use the shuttle !

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and they had an early shuttle to the airport. When I checked in, they said the shuttle was full for the next morning, I said I was not happy, and by the time I picked up my luggage in my car, they found a solution for me and a new shuttle. Nice people working there, nice service, and helpful, I recommend it!

What a joy! The gite is beautiful, with lots of great spaces to hide in and amazing views out of each window, of the vineyards and nearby houses. You feel like you are living in the 20th century but will all the conveniences of today. It was quiet and wonderful. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming. We will plan to stay again when we return to France.

Pleasant stay
We just stayed one night as our flight arrived late to Marseille airport. The hotel was everything you need/would expect of a hotel airport, simple but clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff and convenient to get to the airport/train station. We felt the breakfast was a bit overpriced at 20 euro each but there's not loads of options around there. I found information about the shuttle bus difficult to find beforehand (it was emailed to me a couple of days before), it runs 5am - midnight, more frequently between 5am - 10am but you do need to book onto it the night before. This wasn't an issue for us as we were flexible with our onward train journey. The intercom for the shuttle is quite difficult to find at night at the terminal 2 bus station as the street light is broken by it and there's not very clear signage on the intercom itself - it's a tall grey box across the road from bus platform 5 and the buttons are on the side. We landed at 11pm and the shuttle was with us within 5 minutes which was great.

My room smelt dank and musty. I had to return my rental car and be back for some work calls. I checked with the front desk manager, she assured me that I had plenty of time and that I shld go to the Avis desk at the airport and press the button for the hotel and she would send a shuttle. I will spare the details but the button was a phone that was hard to find and the hotel did not answer the phone. I also called them many times from my mobile and they did not answer. It’s impossible to walk to the hotel as there are highways in between the airport and the hotel. I was stuck there for a hour before I walked to the Best Western and asked them to call the Holiday Inn and they still did not answer their phones. I got an Uber to take me there and I immediately checked out. I would not stay at this hotel and especially if u need a shuttle.

Mohammed at the front was extremely rude and was not allowing me to go to my room. I asked for the manager and he said he was the owner of the hotel. It took four hours to get my room.

Overall this is a nice hotel to stay at if you're anticipating a flight out of Marseilles Airport the following morning, but do be aware that the hotel shuttle service does not begin until 5 AM so if you have a 6 AM flight out of Marseilles then you'll be forced to using a taxi, which isn't cheap. I wish the hotel would start their shuttle service at 4 AM, but it is what it is.

Beyond a terrible experience at the hotel- rotten food. We were told that the shuttle was full and we would have to take a taxi for 20 euros. We took the taxi and driver demanded 30 euros. Terrible hotel and service

Beautiful and very close to the airport. Also the airport shuttle service starts a 5:00am so it was perfect. Most hotels don’t start their shuttle this early.

The property was fine, did receive a scare on arrival due to signs claiming contaminated water. Also many of the female employees were very rude. I am from the US and customer service is highly stressed in all business interactions. The older females at the hotel were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The gentleman handled things much better. It might have been a cultural issue, but there were other guests that complained about this same issue of rudeness from the older female staff. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated but I would not stay again simply based on bad customer service.

Easy airport pickup, and checkin was smooth. Nice pool area. Dinner relatively pricey and not well executed. I chose this more expensive hotel for its 5 am airport shuttle service but when I arrived, I was told that was fully booked so I would have to bear the extra expense of a taxi. They could note "must reserve in advance" to avoid bad surprises.

L'entrée de l'hôtel est soignée et l'accueil est très correct. Je n'y ai pas diner ni pris de petit déjeuner donc pas d'avis. Le point noir est la propreté de la salle de bain qui laisse à désirer : taches d'urine sur l'abattant des toilettes, évacuation de douche non nettoyée, porte de douche abimée. En revanche l hôtel est très bien situé car il dispose d'un parking gratuit à 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport

Court séjour agréable. Hôtel très bien situé et parking très pratique. Canapé lit correct mais moins confortable qu'un lit normal et cloison qui n'isolent pas suffisamment du bruit des voisins et du vent. Sinon très propre et fonctionnel
