"The level of service is close to their hotels in japan. But much higher level than other local hotels. Laundary facility is very helpful, ac adjustable vent make stay much pleasant. Breakfast is great and included. Staffs speak english... late check out is 10 euro per hour till 1pm...
Highly recommended."
"Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It wasn't so much that they didn't have them - but the glee and enjoyment the night staff seemed to derive from saying 'no' and the ensuing power trip ruined the hotel for us and the best thing about it was leaving. Don't believe the 10 star reviews, solid 6 or maybe a 7 if you don't get the rude guy."

"Arrived late at night and had messaged in advance on two occasions to request 2 single beds instead of a double as travelling with my teenager. This was listed as an option on the room description. On checking in this had not been done and the allocated room only had one bed. Room was changed but to a room with one bed and one sofa. Had to make up the sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable for my son who has sensory issues. Room and bathroom were unclean and the room smelt of dampness. Toilet and shower were unclean. Staff member at reception was very nice and did try to help but the hotel was to a poor standard"
"Our experience was wonderful, the hotel is well located in the heart of the city with magnificent views of Notre Dame de la Garde. It’s in a quiet area within Le Panier and their restaurant was excellent. We stayed on the top floor and our room had a private patio where we enjoyed a quiet breakfast and were able to relax after sightseeing. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and spoke English and were very helpful with recommendations for seeing the sights. We felt very safe and taken care of, highly recommend it."
"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel au cœur de Marseille. L’accueil fait par Jerome à notre arrivée était super et les installations sont impeccables. Le seul petit point négatif est les petits bruits dans la rue la nuit, mais étant donné que les chambres sont sur les étages on se sent en sécurité. Je recommande à n’importe qui qui considère l’hôtel Ligo!"
