There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. "I should have done the private spa the moment I arrived! I would have done it several times during my visit. It set me straight after my flight & drive. Bed situation could be better. Minor detail. Everything was lovely, the grounds & Pool. The Spa (pay the 30 euro, do it) Breakfast was nice. Pool bar had everything I required, I loved the local house White wine. The Sandwiches saved the day several times. All of the Staff is excellent!"

"good overall! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Sina Brufani in Perugia and it’s a solid choice with plenty to like. The facilities are nice, and the location is excellent — perched beautifully with great views over the city and surrounding hills. The staff were genuinely good and attentive, making the stay pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel has that classic elegant feel. That said, the famous swimming pool was a bit disappointing — nothing remarkable in reality, and the photos definitely make it look better than it is. Parking is available but comes at an extra cost. All in all, a good hotel in a wonderful spot. Worth considering, especially if the view and location are your priorities."
