"The location is great if you want to check out the Inner Harbor area or attend a Ravens/Orioles game. It was an easy walk to both. The front desk staff was very helpful after my initial phone call. Park in the Harbor Court Garage but don't scan the QR code on the wall signs (even though the signs say you have to). When you check-in, tell them you parked in the garage and give them your license plate number and you can get a better rate through the hotel. The front desk didn't tell me any of that when I called about where to park. The hotel also has valet but we didn't use it. The property itself is a little older and the showing some wear and tear. No overhead lights in the rooms, just a bunch of switched lamps. No nightlight in the bathroom - the light is either on or off. There's a bathtub in the bathroom and the caulk is gray and the surface is chipped. The shower knob was loose/not attached well. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view of the harbor was nice from our 8th-floor room. We would return."

"Felt welcomed as soon as I came through the door. My room was spacious. The room was clean but there was a very faint smell of oldness. It wasn’t bothersome at all but just shows it’s an old space despite the apparent renovations. I chose to consider it part of the charm. The hotel has a fun vibe and is in an area close to lots of shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again in the future. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Baltimore and after visiting town a few times, I enjoyed being here more than some of the hotels in the inner harbor."
