Thank you Slimane!

It was a beautiful Riad with romantic rooms and a cozy pool in their inside garden. Slimane, the manager was vert helpful and friendly! 10 minutes walk to The square, but for a Scandinavian it is a little "scary" naiberhood, but the hole part of the old town is like this, so nothing about the hotel itself!

l hotel est bien situe dans la medina mais dans un quartier excentré , ce qui pose des problèmes le soir . la climatisation et le chauffage sont en panne depuis longtemps je pense ; les chambres sont très mal eclairées ; impossible de lire ; au rez de chaussée , les effluves des remontées d égouts sont en vain masquées par les essences de fleurs d oranger . malgré tout nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour car le personnel est gentil accueillant , aux petits soins ; le petit dejeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur l atlas est magique ;

We couldn't reach anyone at the Riad using the phone number listed on Expedia or on Google. Upon arriving to the Riad after struggling to find it in the old medina, we were told that we would actually be housed in a different Riad, 8 minutes away by car from the one we were booked at. I looked at the pictures, and the other Riad didn't look nearly as comfortable or nice (not to mention to total sketchy factor from having to go to an entirely different location...). I asked for a cancellation from the manager, Souleiman, who was very polite about the whole thing, and he promised to cancel. I am still waiting for the cancellation and the refund on my account, and starting to suspect that the owners overrode his promise and do not intent to cancel that booking at all. Compared to the place we were staying at the night before, this was an overall uncomfortable and sketchy experience. 110 dollars lesson in trusting your instincts about

Un bonito lugar en Marrakech.

La llegada estuvo bien, pero con el pasar de los días comenzamos a sufrir pequeños inconvenientes que muy amablemente intentaron solventar cambiándonos de habitación, pero al final la nueva también tenia sus problemas. En esto se acabo la estancia y nos volvimos a casa. Repito, el personal muy atento y amable lo cual no suple la falta de mantenimiento que adolecen las instalaciones.
