We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic.

Je vous recommande activement ce riad. Le personnel est vraiment au top de l’accueil, en passant par le restaurant, comme Ă  la rĂ©ception. Mention particuliĂšre pour Zaynab 😃. Les chambres sont sublimes. Restaurant et petit dĂ©jeuner super aussi. Piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able. Petit thĂ© d’accueil. Rien Ă  dire ( vous pourrez aussi faire la rencontre de Fiona et Rio qui eux aussi vous accueilleront avec grand plaisir đŸŸ)

The garden was absolutely beautiful...lemon and orange trees heavily laden, beautiful shrubs and flowering plants, two little ponds with fish, frogs and even a terrapin, peacocks wandering around. It was chilly in the late afternoon and evening... the gardener always lit the open fire. Most relaxing and warm. Food was good, freshly prepared, tasty and nutritious but be aware, the prices are high. 1.5 litre bottle of water 35MAD Staff friendly, smiling and willing to help in any way. Hammam and massage was very good. Convenient free shuttle service into Marrakech. After 17.30 you have to pay but driver will pick you up at your convenience. Bathroom was functional and spacious but I maybe needs updating. Bed was comfortable but I really DO NOT like the sheet directly on mattress. For reasons of hygiene there should be mattress cover/ protector on the mattress and then sheet on top of that. Same with the pillows. There should always be a pillow protector underneath pillowcase. I appreciate that for some this may not be an issue, but to me it is common sense and hygienic. Overall, an excellent stay and I would recommend if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing, as a relief from Marrakech itself.

The lane down to the hotel is unmade and very bumpy if you have a fused spine. My daughter and my friends daughter ate the same thing in the hotel and both got food poisoning. We told the hotel but they still charged for what they had eaten. Two of the staff stood out as being very helpful and made our holiday special. They are Abdul and Mo. The pool is unheated and was freezing cold so we weren’t able to use it. The gardens are beautifully planted and it’s a peaceful retreat.

attention vérifier votre taxe de séjour

Ayant séjourné avec mes 3 enfants dans ce complexe dotée d'une jolie piscine ainsi que d'un restaurant, globalement le séjour s'est bien déroulé, le petit déjeuner était parfois vite limité en quantité mais correct, mais malheureusement, le tout est gùché par une tentative maladroite d'escocrerie à la taxe de séjour, en effet celle-ci ne s'applique que pour les adultes et enfants de plus de 13 ans, néanmoins on aura essayé de me faire payer pour 4 personnes, finalement on cÚde pour 2 (je suis le seul adulte à séjourner dans la chambre!). Bref, je suis déçu de cette mentalité. N'y retournerai pas.

Amazing spot and quiet place. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful. The waiters are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was poor. There was no consistency regarding the food choice. Everyday we had less choice than the previous day. The portions of the meals are quiet small from the menu a la carte.

La perfection a 2 pas de Marrakech

Riad parfait!!! Propre, accueillant, et un personnel des plus agrĂ©ables avec grands espaces, convient pour tout type de vacances. ExcentrĂ© de Marrakech, Ă  moins de 15 min du centre, le mieux est d’etre VĂ©hiculĂ©, sinon le Riad Jawad propose un systĂšme de Navette qui vous assure les aller/retour. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est copieux, et la nourriture y est trĂšs bonne. Étant lassĂ© des hĂŽtels bruyants du centre oĂč des piscines Ă  l’ombre, ici tout Ă©tait parfait! Un grand merci.

Amazing staff and gorgeous relaxing hotel

The staff is so kind and accomodating. We missed our connecting flight so we got to the hotel at midnight. We had informed the staff and one of the made sure to stay up to welcome us and check us in. The daily free ride to the center was so helpful. Breakfast was really good (they even made omelettes for you and its included). The rooms are gorgeous and the place is stunning. I could not recommend this place more.

Ruhige kleine idyllische Anlage am Standrand

Super schöner Garten, tolle zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Ruhiger und sehr entspannender Aufenthalt fern vom Stadttrubel. Kostenloser Shuttle der in die Innenstadt fĂ€hrt. Aber etwas versteckte Lage und dadurch schwer fĂŒr außenstehende Taxifahrer zu finden. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war nicht besonders, allerdings fĂŒr die Anzahl der GĂ€ste ausreichend. Waren zu viert in einem Zimmer, das war ok. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

staff and managers were excellent arranging transport for us in to the city area. the only down side is that is was a bit out of the way to get to but that was made up by the peace and quiet of the surroundings I would recommend this place to friends who may visit the area

Riad Jawad Àr ett snyggt inrett hotell i en hÀrlig trÀdgÄrd med fint poolomrÄde. AtmosfÀren Àr vÀldigt avkopplande. Vill man göra Marrakech tar det bara ca 20 minuter in till Medinan och transporten ingÄr i priset (100 MAD tillÀgg efter 18). Maten Àr vÀl inte den roligaste men inte sÀrskilt dyr för att vara ett hotell och fullt Àtlig. Det sÀmsta med detta hotell Àr mottagandet av den kvinnliga receptionisten. Man fÄr lÀtt intrycket att gÀsterna mest Àr till besvÀr. Inför vÄr förflyttning frÄn en riad i medinan, tog det dessutom mÄnga försök innan vi fick kontakt med hotellet för upphÀmtning och det orsakade onödig oro. Hotellet Àr dock mycket prisvÀrt och det gÄr att se pÄ receptionistens sÀtt med lite humor.

Un vrai palais des 1001 et nuits, les jardins sont magnifique, les parties communes du Riad tes propres, confortables et chaleureuses, notre chambre digne d'un magasine de deco! Bref je recommande. Juste un souci de ligne téléphonique avant notre arrivée. Le personnel reste discret, trÚs agréable et attentif. L'environnement extérieur n'est pas joli mais l'hÎtel met à disposition une navette gratuite pour aller dans la médina. Je recommande fortement.

Gut erreichbare Oase vor den Toren der Stadt

...nach kurzem Weg (ca. 15 min. vom Stadtzentrum Marrakechs) tauchen wir ein in eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Super ausgestattete Zimmer und Appartments - coole Pool-Area und Atrium. Shuttle steht jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung. FrĂŒhstĂŒck europĂ€isch, Abend-Menue marrokanisch -Top! Service aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Super sĂ©jour passĂ© au Riad Jawad. Super accueil, personnel trĂšs gentils, chambre spacieuse par contre un peu fraĂźche surtout la 1ere nuit et pour ma soeur sa chambre familiale une malencontreuse odeur d’egout RemontĂ©e de sa chambre et le froid malheureusement a Ă©tĂ© la tout le long du sĂ©jour. Heureusement pour nous 2 chauffages nous ont Ă©tĂ©s installĂ©s le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© bien plus meilleur. Petit dĂ©jeuner copieux Ă  la demande. Attention Riad un peu Ă©loignĂ© mais une navette est proposĂ©e pour vous amener en centre ville en journĂ©e jusqu Ă  18h. AprĂšs c’est moyennant une somme d’argent. Mais dans l’ensemble tout a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able le cadre est vraiment magnifique. Je recommande car le personnel est tellement gentil que votre sĂ©jour est bien plus agrĂ©able malgrĂ© les petits tracas

Leuke Riad Westerse prijzen maar alles is OK

In deze toeristen stad Marrakesh lijkt alles goedkoop maar het is een toeristen stad met toeristen prijzen, zo ook dit hotel, alles is wel OK maar voor een westerse prijs verwachten we ook een westerse standaard. Dit was redelijk het geval, des ondanks was alles OK. Bijvoorbeeld: Al is de hygiëne wel goed en werd er elke dag schoongemaakt. Missen we toch een lamp en een stoel op de kamer, deze waren op de foto's die jaren geleden genomen waren duidelijk te zien. Er wordt blijkbaar niks ge update / vervangen in de kamers. Bed was ook niet helemaal meer goed maar nog OK. Eten: Als je voor 18:00 met de gratis shuttle bus terug komt, ben je waarschijnlijk genoodzaakt om daar te eten, eten was wel OK, maar na 3x vis wil je ook wel wat anders, zeker voor die westerse prijzen. Riad trÚs agréable Mais pas à cÎté de la ville .

Endroit superbe.magnifique chaleureux .Personnel a nos petits soins trÚs gentils, petit déjeuner copieux on y mange trÚs bien seul bémol on a eu froid dans les chambres la climatisation ne marche pas on avait la cheminée mais la chambre était trÚs spacieuse .Si vous avais envie de vous évader c est un endroit trÚs paisible une architecture superbe avec une végétation éblouissante .
