"The reception staff was really unhelpful. When I asked for help they wrote some notes on my booking as we couldn’t end up staying and he put words in my mouth that I didn’t say! He refused to give me something in writing after speaking to the GM. Really unhelpful"

Copper Castle & Petting Farm near Legoland
"The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay."
