Frechheit! Besser gleich ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten.

A lovely property very clean & staff very helpful. We saw two ostriches & seven giraffe walking down the road one evening. Lots of animals roam around the area it was a great experience

Good overall stay

Friendly familial service. We got a huge comfortable ensuite room in the house. It was modern and clean and the air con was working well. The complimentary cooked breakfast was good too.
