"The hotel is being renovated for peak season, but our first room smells of fresh paint. I appreciate the owner for promptly moving us to a similar but better room. Adding a sliding door or shower curtain would help prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. TV needs upgrade. The transfer service could be improved, as we waited 15–30 minutes for pickups to hotel. On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent with fast service and great food. "Property is in a very nice and quiet area, short little walk down to the waterfront. Nice pool in the backyard if it was warmer would have enjoyed it but was too early in the season still. Unit is very clean and comfortable for a short stay. Not very central but if you have a car it’s ok. I Would stay here again if visiting Athens. "
