"The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. "Staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. No kettle or coffee machine in the room. No mini-fridge or ice machine. No desk or table in the room. No USB-C ports in the room, though there was a USB port and adapters were sold from a vending machine in the lobby. You can get a cup of tea in the lobby for 2 UK pounds. There are some coffee shops nearby including Starbucks by the train station. Shower is quite narrow, though clean and modern. I didn't like the smell of the shampoo provided, but I will say that it was wonderful with my hair. We purchased a bar of soap at Boots because the pump on the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner combo was so annoying. It only gave a little bit of soap at a time. No lotion or face cloths were provided. The towels were more like bath sheets, large and fluffy. So, a mixed bag, really. For me, providing free coffee and tea would have done a lot to make the stay more pleasant."
