"Staff was exceptional, and the rooms were sparkling clean"

"Horrible hotel. There is hardly anything available at breakfast almost regardless of the time you go. It seems they put out one batch of food and when that runs out they do not replenish any of it. I planned to use the hot tub until I saw how dirty it was and when I had staff check the temperature it was only 87. In the room, someone had removed the smoke detector batteries, which I could see because the battery compartment was left open and empty. I could also barely open and close the room door because of the separation between the room carpet and the hall carpet. Very poorly maintained, although the staff was nice. I will not be staying there again in the future. "

"Check-in was quick and easy, there's a great little market in the lobby for drinks and snacks. The breakfast buffet had lots of options from fresh fruit to eggs and create your own pancakes. The gym was clean, all the cardio equipment worked, and they had free weights that were all different sizes and in great condition, it has a large window that looks right outside so there's great natural light. My daughter and I shared a room, and it was clean and convenient. The bathroom was a good size with actual water pressure in the shower!"

"Dated property but still very nice"

"The carpet seems really dirty. The showerhead was super low and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The Wi-Fi did not work, and there is no elevator. Other than that, it is a typical hotel room and definitely something that I would not book again. It worked for just a quick crash for a one night day, but I would not recommend it otherwise."
