"Excellent stay. Staff was able to get us checked in early and the restaurant was tasty. They did not have room service, but we went down to order togo. The bartender, Christine, was a welcome delight and we ended up dining in and she took great care of me and my daughter. The breakfast staff was helpful in the morning showing us how to make waffles. Easy location to get around the Peninsula. Will stay again! Thanks!"

"I didn’t know that the hotel was split into 2 separate buildings. It was hard for a mobility impaired person to access the main amenities. The few staff that I met were friendly. The deadbolt lock on my room door did not lock untiI I requested and received a repair (very helpful repair man). The chairs were very heavy to move. But the fold down seat in the accessible shower was great."

"The listing provided showed a listing of a differently painted house, although the inside was clean the outside needs cleaning. The inside smelled like strong cleaning supplies so airing it out was necessary. The door for one of the bedrooms was locked and were told to find a way to open it on our own, so if you need immediate support for anything related to the house, expect you will need to do it yourself. The futon couch that they have is broken and don’t let them charge for it. If it’s a last minute house, it’s a good option BUT document how the house looks when you get it and when you leave because they’ll try to keep your refundable deposit. The system they use is outside of Expedia so beware."
