"We stayed here on NYE and we had less than 24 hrs in LA before heading on to Mexico. This hotel is perfection. It was raining, but the heated pool and super hot tub distracted us from that. The bar had a great atmosphere, and the beds were like falling into a cloud. I just wish we’d had more time here!!!"

"This room was amazing. It was clean, the kitchen was perfect for a few days and a family of 4. I wish I would have thought to bring paper towels and some utensils to make it even better but it was so nice to have the space. The room was a corner upstairs room, was quiet and had great air flow from the outside (windows opened). Close to Santa Monica Pier and Downtown LA, however surrounding area immediately outside was a little sketchy at night. I never felt unsafe in the hotel, however. Parking is underground. Oh and the staff is phenomenal! I would recommend this hotel for families, and would absolutely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay but I would suggest getting a room away from the street side. We arrived late and didn't get a quieter room. The staff was wonderful and the food and atmosphere was very good. Very Clean, wonderful maid service, safe area, good security. Nice pool area. Was decorated pretty for Christmas."

"I love MEL the manager, Kevin, great coffee (free) and waters...... 5 stars. just need to have a rental car to get to most areas of LA since it is in Westchester. I hope they open one in West Hollywood ! "
