"This is an excellent hotel - we only stayed one night as we were travelling on to other locations but I have to say that the reception staff were super helpful. The rooms are very good and the hotel is very clean. It was a great choice as the location is super as well - the hotel is situated on a lovely pedestrian street with tons of restaurants and bars - lovely just to stroll up and down."

"The stay was convenient, and I am grateful for that. However, for a traveler who needs to rest after a long journey or a long flight, quiet in the morning is essential. Unfortunately, I was woken up by loud, upbeat music coming from the courtyard. It started well before 8:30 a.m.; at 8:30, I got up to see what was happening and recorded a video. I find this unacceptable. What made it even more illogical was that there was not a single person outside listening to the music or in any need of it. It simply made no sense and showed a lack of basic sensitivity toward guests who may be resting. Overall, the stay was convenient, but I would hesitate to return until the management shows more care and common sense around decisions that affect guests’ rest."

"The lack of reception/ staff at the hotel made the experience v clinical. They did not release the code to enter until 3pm and had not let us know this- having previously said we would get an email 24 hours before so I tried chasing it to ensure I had correctly booked the rooms. Breaksat was cosy with the cooked breakfast cooked to order- v pleasant"

"Great choice for a stop over on the way between Poland and Lithuania/Latvia. Plenty of parking in front and around the hotel building. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Check in took 2 minutes. The room ( standard) was spacious and sparkling clean, complementary bottled water, WiFi. Great buffet breakfast with lots of keto/low carb choices. This time we travelled without a fog but noted that this is a very pets’ friendly hotel. 80PLN charge for a pet. The park is literary in front of the hotel, perfect for walking the dog. Definitely recommend"
