"Clean and comfortable stay. Extremely strange door access system, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t have a smart phone or anyone who doesn’t have EU roaming, as you have to call a number every time you want to get access to the flat. Theres no key or anything and although it said check in until 10pm, there was no one on site to help us at any point. You have to email or WhatsApp a photo of your ID ahead of time before they will enable your ability to access the flat via the phone...

"Yes, it was Easter weekend, but what 4 star (fully booked) hotel closes the bar at 2200hrs on a Saturday evening. Also our room lost electricity in the (enclosed no windows) toilet and the bathroom at 0600hrs and no one working over the weekend to fix it. Thus we had to use the communal toilets near reception, whilst other toilets had no locks on the doors. All we got was a shrug and a sorry for the inconvenience. And.. for the past 8 years still the swimming pool is being "renovated"."

"The room was quite basic, but also had everything we needed. Warm, and with a reasonable bathroom. The pool is freezing cold! Not a swimming pool. It's a wee dipping pool for after the sauna. VERY cold. Sauna is cool."

"This hotel is in the perfect location right in the center of the city on the main pedestrian street, lots of locations within walking distance to visit, lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. ten minute walk from the Arena and large shopping centre. 10 minutes walk from the old town and river walks and parks.
