"At the end of our travels, this location was great for us to recover. We had a room with a balcony. I loved the view so much. The room was clean and spacious- a little sparse but I didn’t mind the austerity. Appreciated the water, free of charge in our room everyday. The breakfast was good - loved the fresh fruit every day with my cappuccino. My only wish was they had robes. We will remember this hotel fondly. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Starhotels Terminus during our time in Naples. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—always ready to offer local tips or assist with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable, right next to Napoli Centrale train station, which made getting around the city and traveling to places like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast extremely convenient. Despite the busy area, the hotel felt peaceful and secure inside. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, both Italian and international. The coffee was also top-notch, just what you need to start your day in Italy. Highly recommend Starhotels Terminus for anyone visiting Naples—whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"Lovely old school Italian hotel with classic charm and excellent service"

"It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions "
