"Tv remote only work when within 2 feet Gfi plug was broke and didn't work Stand between bed not secured and rocked when touched Huge gaps letting in light and winds when the door was locked Bathroom was only big enough for a toilet, 1inch gap for the door to swing in Ice machine ran out Table was sagging Bathroom faucet hole was cut too big allowing water to collect and mold Window shade dirty moldy Phone was missing buttons and face plate Worst hotel ever stayed in"

"The room was clean and comfy. Check in was a bit iffy. They didn't check my ID for my reservation. I had reserved a handicap room. It was almost 4pm so I expected it to be ready. The clerk checked with housekeeping and was told it just needed final inspection from the supervisor. Turns out the sink was clogged and it might be hours before it was ready. There was not another handicap room available."

"Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site. Before I could open my mouth to say anything to the staff at the desk he happily told us the hotel was sold out and try one of the other hotels nearby. The gentleman being too happy to tell me they're sold-out told me all I needed to know. The hotel cancelled the reservation or at least said it was just so we couldn't stay and blamed it on Expedia because otherwise I wouldn't be asked to review my stay from Expedia. The preemptive sign on the main entrance saying they can do so was a giveaway after that."
