"You know how people have a top 3 list of something? This ranks third in my bottom 3. I've been to worse hotels, but this one was a great contender to the other two. I don't know where to start. It was loud, it was extremely dirty, and walking down the halls felt like walking into a dive bar or down the street where bums urinate frequently. Though we had a non-smoking room, the entire place smelled like stale cigarettes and deep regret. ZERO amenities or basic hotel items like toothpaste, shampoo, iron, etc. You have to go to the front desk and pay them for those things... Which they didn't have on-hand. They took my I'd and a ten dollar deposit for the use of a hair dryer and an iron, but never provided the hair dryer. Their vending machine me gave the wrong items and they had no drinking water. The "renovations" we're done by... Well... Let's just say you get what you pay for. The got water and cold water knobs were reversed and only half the water actually came out of the showerhead. The temperature fluctuates, so while you showered, it was back and forth between really hot and really cold water the entire time, no rhyme or reason. Housekeeping left trash from the previous guest on the floor in the bathroom, so that was awesome. I highly suggest you keep your shoes on the entire time, the carpets look like they survived a nuclear blast and the top blankets were probably purchased in the mid 80s and are faded and threadbare. Management? Same caliber and quality."

"The good news: Guadalupe and her kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. She made the biscuits from scratch and was constantly checking to see that all was good. The room was missing a remote for the TV, a hair dryer, and a coffee pot. The guy at the desk in the lobby in the evening made no effort to help. The only thing replaced during our 2-day stay was the hair dryer."

"The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and spending time in the grotto before the massage was so relaxing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!"

"The shade in the room was broken upon arrival. After rolling it up, some additional light was helpful. Not sure when the shower floor was cleaned last, either. The bed was fine, location was fine. Asked for a later checkout and was told NO. See the picture of what the parking lot looked like at 3:50pm. "

"The air worked but was noisy. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The pool is disgusting. Very cloudy and unable to see the bottom. The top step on one of the ladders was broken. There was a constant drip coming from the ceiling in the hallway. Most of the exercise equipment would not turn on. There were water stains everywhere, some covered by spray paint. Very poor repair work. The pool, the bar, breakfast area and check in counter are all in the same room which made everything muggy with an odor. The pictures online look nothing like what we experienced. I will never stay there again. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. "
