"Front desk was rude and dismissive. The room wasn’t ready at 3:00 PM. Got there at 4 and there was a lady panicking in front of my room. Her passport was inside. I opened the door and it was sitting right there. Did they clean? Idk? Room wasn’t ready.. Roaches and rats the bathroom door was completely broken, in fact, it appeared to have been kicked in at some point and never repaired. Only painted over. "Didn't have the bad experiences others had. Room on first floor in annex. Good dark curtain, hot water whenever, few insects. Neighbors quiet. Always at least one available parking spot. Crazy online registration process. Loud bars on Fri + Sat nights. No regular maid service. Coffeemaker, but no coffee packets. Only one bath towel for 2 double beds. Bath rails loose. Iffy bed support legs. Tiny dresser/ bedside stand. "

"You get what you paid for...staffs friendly , room clean....... BUT The room was clean. Although the hotel has done some basic renovations, it seems that many guests do not take good care of the rooms, which causes them to wear down quickly and require more maintenance than usual. The beds were acceptable and clean, and the towels were clean as well. What I didn’t like is that you may come across some unpleasant people in the parking lot or in the hallways."
