Arrived later than I had anticipated due to traffic conditions and needed to get checked in and on my way to an appointment. KK got me checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way to my appointment! Have stayed at this Sonesta many, many times and plan to in the future due to their great customer service and clean rooms and facilities. Thank you KK and Sonesta for a great travel experience! 🤗"

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and truly taken care of—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with everything we needed to relax. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous—sparkling clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. We spent a lot of time there just soaking up the sun and enjoying the atmosphere. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with great shopping and dining nearby. Overall, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!"
