"I thought the staff was excellent!! Very friendly & helpful. The bathtub is dangerous to stand in and take a shower. It’s very slippery, and getting out without anything other than a glass door that is bit sucre and moves is not good. My bed was made, but noticed someone else’s hair was still on the sheets with some dead insects. Last but not least, the chemical odor in the hallway is horrible. Not sure how they can’t smell that and not get sick from it."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 30-minute drive away from the beautiful Garda Lake, which we found ideal for our holiday. The staff at the hotel is truly exceptional. Their services are consistently delivered with a smile, they were consistently helpful and their English communication skills were top-notch. They played a significant part in making our stay enjoyable, and we are already planning to return. However, there were a few minor issues we experienced. Firstly, whenever we used our room card, it triggered a rather loud buzz, which was quite disturbing, especially when someone was sleeping. In addition, the air conditioning system could only be adjusted by contacting the reception. Although they were always responsive and our room was comfortably cool in July, it would be more convenient if guests could control the temperature and fan levels in their own rooms. This request for AC setting needs to be repeated, as the room temp. is automatically reset every day, even while you sleep: then you suddenly feel the heat. Finally, we would have appreciated the availability of a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar in the room. However, when we requested kettle from reception, they promptly provided it for our use throughout our stay. Overall, despite these small points, we enjoyed our stay immensely and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. GREAT HOTEL. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented. "

"I like all the activities in the park. I didn't like that room was not cleaning. Not enough paper toylet, no claning service in the room, i am on vacation need to clean. It was very dark outside at night. When i arrived at the first day i didnt find the room and it was raining and no one was there to help. "

"The property had a great view, and the room was clean. Apart from that, there isn't much else to say. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but they weren't unfriendly either. The room was adequately furnished but uninviting. Overall the place was largely forgettable."
