What a wonderful bed and breakfast! Set in an old palace that has been well maintained and updated, this beautiful accommodation is very highly recommended. Claudio gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful - a really lovely host! The room was huge, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom just gorgeous. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of options and even superb sweets made by his lovely mother. Fantastic location within a few minutes walk of everything. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Claudio for a wonderful visit to Mantua!

Absolutely fabulous BnB. Located in a classic baroque 18th century palazzo, the property is stunningly gorgeous replete with ceiling frescoes. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with very comfortable beds, and the location is perfect for visiting the Ducal Palace and the Duomo. Numerous wonderful dining options are nearby as well. But most notable was the warmth and friendliness of the owners. Claudio was the consummate host, even driving us to the train station on our las day. Highly recommend!

Experience excellence.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this place is. Claudio is a very helpful and knowledgeable host. The shower was hot and strong. The bed gave us the best nights of sleep that we have had in Italia. Breakfast included homemade pastries made by Claudio’s mother and fruit from his trees. On a quiet street only a 5 minute walk from the train station and a very short walk to the central district. Our conversations with Claudio about Italian culture gave us insights far beyond what we could hope for at a commercial hotel. Experience true Italian hospitality here.

Amazing Experience

Gorgeous legit 17th century Italian palazzo with 4/5 rooms that has clearly been in the owner’s family for quite some time. Our room was quite spacious with a modern bathroom and excellent AC. Quite the experience (especially for the reasonable price) that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Une expérience et des hôtes inoubliables

Nous avons décidé à la dernière minute de séjourner à Mantova, magnifique ville emblème de la renaissance. Pour vivre l’expérience nous avons eu la chance de trouver une chambre (de 60m2?) dans cette maison d’hôtes d’époque et d’inauthentique, au cœur de la vieille ville. Nous avons pu faire la connaissance de la famille qui nous a accueillis si chaleureusement. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Séjourner dans ce type de demeures est la seule manière de voir l’autre côté des façades italiennes. Si simple de l’extérieur, si riche et chargé de l’intérieur.
