Totally relaxing holiday, excellent hotel and location

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of January. The weather was amazing. We did sun bathing and outdoors swimming. The spa is very clean and offers full rejuvenation. We enjoyed relaxing in the lush garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant was exceptionally good. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is after a relaxing holiday in a luxurious place.

We had asked for a room with a view and boy did we get it! We sat on our veranda for hours, had our lunch there and had a long listen to the waves breaking before going to bed. Just glorious! Staff very professional.photocopied maps for us for each day of Holy Week pageants. Organised taxis and were fun to spend time with. Cleaning staff efficient and considerate.

Excellent staff with a quick check in, my friend had a birthday on 4th, they gave us a suprise on breakfast room, with beautiful nice strawberry cheesecake. We loved it.

The hotel is stunning and the staff are truly amazing This is possibly the best hotel in marbella It’s a short trip into Banus but is uber chic and luxurious Definitely one to try as an alternative to puente ramono

The apartment was fantastically situated and proportioned. Front line with a lovely walk in to either Marbella or Puerto Banus but not too busy or noisy. We will definitely stay again

My husband booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. On arrival we informed that our room had been upgraded which was fantastic. We were then given a tour of the hotel by the guest relations manager. Our room was stunning and huge! It is worth mentioning the massive bed which was as comfortable as it looked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex apartment. It was massive and very well equiped kitchen had full cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. Stayed 4 nights and cleaning and towels changed twice during this time. Some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets provided as a started suggest you put a few extra in your suitcase save having to buy some together with a couple of tea towels. Just returned from a fantastic weekend away with the girls at this hotel. I felt totally spoilt, great staff and great pool over looking the sea. The pool bar was fab and good choice of drinks. The breakfast was great and huge choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return myself.

Had a one night stay in Marbella meeting up with friends and decided to stay overnight so I didn't have to worry about driving home. The Bluebelle By Pillow exceeded expectations, the room was very modern & bright but, most importantly, clean with a very comfortable bed. The Manager Valentina was super friendly & helpful and I would not hesitate staying here again when next in Marbella.

After Expedia reserved the wrong room against the itinerary booking, the hotel were extremely accommodating in sorting it out for us. The staff were very efficient, liaising with Expedia and had the correct room sorted for us within an hour. The deluxe room is spacious, comfortable and comes with little added extras.
