Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of January. The weather was amazing. We did sun bathing and outdoors swimming. The spa is very clean and offers full rejuvenation. We enjoyed relaxing in the lush garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant was exceptionally good. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is after a relaxing holiday in a luxurious place.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Marbella.Great access to public transport and walks on the promenade and the lovely old town. What a location .Definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.

The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. My husband booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. On arrival we informed that our room had been upgraded which was fantastic. We were then given a tour of the hotel by the guest relations manager. Our room was stunning and huge! It is worth mentioning the massive bed which was as comfortable as it looked. This is a very beautiful hotel. Amazing service from the reception to the room service. The staff at the restuarants get a 5 star rating. Spa is great for adults.

Had an amazing stay at The Flag for a week. It was the perfect peaceful stay as a solo woman traveller. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole area felt safe. Will be returning soon!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this place. Family friendly. Lots of local places to eat out. Must have a car to go around. 30 mins drive to Marbella.

My mum and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend having a spa treatment. We would definitely stay here again!
