This was my favorite hotel in Sri Lanka. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. I wish I could have stayed there longer. The room was brand new, up to westerner standards without sacrificing the local touches. The staff was very is nice and the breakfast was excellent. They can organise any types of excursions to visit the town, day tour, boat tour (which picks you up from the hotel back yard) and spa treatment. This was the perfect ending to a perfect trip.

We had a wonderful few days at this hotel. The pool and gardens were wonderful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Stayed for 4 nights.. From start to end everything was perfect. Very good choice for those who love to spend some time alongside nature.Close proximity to negombo town. If u are a couple perfect location to have ur photo shoot. Kudos to the staffs special mention to Nilu, Nethra nd the night shift uncle (sorry forgot ur name). This was our first stop on arrival in Sri Lanka and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are wonderful, the food was gorgeous and the setting by the lake was idyllic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have high ceilings and views of the lake. Altogether a great start to our holiday.

Lovely family

This is a small, beautiful hotel in a good location for walks to the beach (20 minutes) and to the main street with shops and restaurants (15 minutes). The mix of tasteful local decor in the rooms and tropical planting in the garden and surroundings is charming. Well appointed bathrooms, spacious rooms, good air conditioning. Naleepa and Madusha are excellent masseuses, thank you ladies! I recommend this for any stay in Negombo!

Perfect stay with great hosts Rooms are clean and quite new with on suite bathroom. I can’t complain about anything really it was a good stay. Breakfast was great and the hosts collected us from the airport for 1500 rp that was cheaper then a local taxi and it’s nice to have someone to collect us after a long flight with no fuss. Stayed on our last night in Sri Lanka as a stopover on the way to the airport. Can't remember exactly but it's about a 20 min drive. Hence can't comment on the local area and what's around. The hotel however is wonderful. Old colonial building tastefully renovated with great attention to detail. Food was also very good and reasonably priced. A real bit of luxury in great grounds. I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. For other travellers, I’d recommend checking the room options when booking and considering what facilities are most important to you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good choice for a relaxing trip. I would be happy to stay here again.

Ultimately a brilliant hotel and breakfast. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Lovely beach location! The staff were very attentive and responsive. We stayed here for our first night in Sri Lanka. The hotel is a good location for the airport and was a very good nights sleep after a very long day travelling.

Terrace Green is just 15 minutes from the airport and pick-up is free. A good quiet place to relax after a long journey. The staff are very friendly, and although we arrived early, our room was made available (at a small cost). Breakfast the following morning was enjoyable, all cooked to order. A good place to start a holiday in Sri Lanka, we were picked up on the 2nd morning by our tour guide, suitably refreshed and ready to go.
