"Hotel reasonably close to the airport. Booked a two bedroom, two bath apartment for me and parents. First allotted one had a questionable nicotine odor though it was a non smoking room. Front desk was quick to change the room after we notified them. Really nice of them to do that immediately. All staff were very polite and genuinely hospitable. Food was good at Cafe mercara and Madras pavilion. The Madras pavilion buffet is good but not great. Also the buffets gets crowded at any meal and can be noisy during peak hours. For a hotel this big, I felt the gym was small and no indoor stationery bikes either. Would definitely stay here again since I am a Marriott member, although I would check the other similar hotels in this category too. "

"Grace Residency is perfect for 1 or 3 travelers that need a place to stay for a day during transit via Chennai airport. Finding your way to the hotel is not easy - you have to take the elevator to the walkway from the terminal, follow the walkway to the Metro station, take the elevator there to C level, and then cross over to another elevator to the ground level to get to the entrance which is right opposite the A2B restaurant there. The staff were very helpful, check in and out was quick and easy. Recommended!"
