From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. The host met us close to the port and we were able to follow him in to avoid getting lost on the roads (this was especially nice because it was our first experience driving in Naxos and would have been confused on the roads) it was close enough to cute local bakeries and right in between 2...

"This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the port and directly across from the beach! Everything you could need is all around from restaurants to supermarkets to pharmacy etc. it is on what I would say is the quieter side of the port, which we liked. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Staff were super helpful and very nice. They helped us arrange an ATV rental. AC worked well. The beds were comfy and the pillows were so great that I almost asked if I could buy mine off of them. I would def recommend this place. "
