"We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The location is incredibly convenient: itโs next to the ferry port, the docks from which most of the daily boat tours depart, tons of car rentals, pharmacies and grocery stores, and a bunch of cute restaurants. The staff was also extremely helpful, and the room itself was nice and large."

Definitely need to shop prior to going out to property. "Our stay at White Pearl was genuinely astounding! Every single thing at this beautiful property was in its perfect place & tended to by friendly, helpful & all around top-notch staff. They seemed just as invested in our visit to Santorini as we were, especially the 3 front desk staff we had many enjoyable & helpful interactions. We were married at another location but stayed here, and setup in the Secret Suite, which the honeymoon suite. It has 4 different levels when counting the outdoor porches with stunning views, including its own private pool which overlooks the calderaโhere you can also see Fira, Imerovigli & Oia, which these excellent accommodations are within quick walking distance of the latter. All manner of things youโd want to access begin directly adjacent to the property. There is a coffee shop just across the street from the front desk, right alongside that are a number of markets, restaurants, shops of all kinds, and all of this is along a walkway with an impeccable view of the caldera & Aegean Sea. Be prepared to walk up & down many stairs throughout the area, though the walkway which goes all the way to the scenic viewpoint at the end of Oia is largely ramps. That in mind, there were many stairs to reach our room at the villas as well, but the villas had a great baggage carrier to make this easy. We could not be happier with our stay at White Pearl, and recommend to anyone who seeks a luxurious & wonderful trip, as ours was an immaculate experience!"

"Spectacular setting with very friendly staff. This hotel has bags of character and is good value for money. Perfect location for the popular tourist spots means you can slip out at quieter times to enjoy those and relax and take in the scenery in the hotel or explore further afield in the mean time. The rooms and pool are quite small and the level of luxury may not match some of the more expensive choices, but for a few days stay, it is perfect. The cobbles in the village and pathways down to the bay are polished. Lots of people struggle along in flip flops and flat sandals. Better to wear smart trainers, although the dress โcodeโ is glamorous."

"Pros - staff were great, so friendly & helpful, pool is amazing - we had a pool in our room which was great and perfect temp. Room size is really generous & spacious for the Eurphoria suite. Gym is one of the best hotel gyms . Spa is beautiful & really enjoyable experience, the messages are great. Water all round hotel, fruit at breakfast, toiletries quality of body wash/ shampoo etc was excellent. coffee machine in room with a big fridge, Towels were always stocked. They have an app which is great and staff super responsive on WhatsApp, pool food was good too! Cons - a few areas where the hotel let itself down and to be a true 5 star I think it needs to be better at certain areas, firstly, there should be speakers in the room, although room was big it was lacking , the hotel did also not replace the vanity kits which was very frustrating, I believe there should be a free shuttle into Fira, instead taxis are really expensive and the hotel use a 3rd party company that charge more than local taxis. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, there was only a limited choice of different eggs. For a 5 star hotel it should not be machine coffee and should cater for omelettes, fried , poached etc. there was constant rubbish left around the bins not collected which is not pleasant. Parts of the hotel were โclosed for renovationโ - restaurant/ vitamin bar/gift shop. This felt like a cover up for not opening due to quieter times which is quite misleading & we observed no construction"

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern with all the essentials provided. There is a small walk into town but they have go-carts that can take you into town and back. There is a beach club access through their other property with shuttle that takes you there and back. Definitely worth it."
