The hotel is in a very sketchy area and we had a drunk/drugged individual walk in through the front door and started stealing items from the front desk area and youths walking through the bar restaurant area selling candy and not asked to leave. Best Western East Towne Suites
Needs paint, and the bed was old. Floor in bathroom had hair and so did top bed cover. Breakfast was fine.

Hampton Inn & Suites Madison-West
There was a good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was easy and polite to work with. The pool needed a little attention (sand and starburst wrappers). The beds were a little hard. Those are nitpicky things though. This was a very good value stay.
