Flooring/carpeting in room was dirty. They need a good shampooing and/or replaced. Pools were unsupervised, so obnoxious teenagers take over the hot tubs and typical families cannot enjoy their time. The staff lied about the pool being open, we would've never booked the stay if we knew the pool was actually going to be closed. Even after asking the staff told us the hours would change to ten pm but not be closed completely.
