The building was fantastic but the service was really poor, they didn’t gave us the wifi or the essential things for the bathroom, the room was kinda dirty and almost all the building needed to be fixed, it needs more maintenance and a better service

The hotel is on a hill with many stairs on a steep slope. The front office asked us to carry our own luggage which it was not pleasant at all .

Very dirty, elevator didn’t work, walked like 50 steps with luggage, got to the room had no soap, no toilet paper, no towels, the room was flooded with water in the kitchen, I had to booked another room in a different hotel for the next 2 days, I asked for my refund and they said no, I called Expedia for help, Expedia said they were going to look into it to get my money back but I’m still waiting for a call or message from Expedia it has been over 2weeks !😏

Mala experiencia, habitación pésima.

Las habitación que nos dieron está pésimas, con mucha humedad, los baños de la habitación tiran agua, había un refrigerador que tenía cosas podridas nunca lo limpiaron, en general la habitación reprobable. El hotel tiene un elevador que no funciona. Lo rescatable es su alberca. Para mi fue una mala experiencia, y no regresaré, no lo recomiendo.

Pues la verdad que está muy mal servicio pagué el cuarto el Linea y según el pago avía sido rechazando y no fue así tube que pagar otra ves y aparte muchos sancudos adentro del cuarto de verda no lo recomiendo

La habitación que me dieron al principio estaba sucia con bachichas de cigarro, mesas sucias, me la cambiaron y las puertas no cerraban, el agua salía fría hotel muy viejo no me dieron toallas y con basura por el hotel

Es una completa estafa, la habitacion que reserve era con cama Queen y nos diero. Camas matrimoniales exageradamente sucio, las sabadas con moho, y cobran un extra por las mascotas pero no tienen un lugar para ellos, esto fue horrible

El elevador no funciona o todos los pisos. El estacionamiento de recepción es muy pequeño y en los otros hay MUCHAS escaleras. Por problemas de su sistema retrasaron el check in, después empezaron a atender teléfono y otras personas sin terminar de atendernos. Nos querían dar una habitación distinta a la reservada
