"The shuttle boat leaves at 12:30, and checkin is at 14:00? I can only guess it's a cash grab to force people to get lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Checkin was chaotic. We had to wait for an hour for our room to be ready. Hotel staff put us in an un-airconditioned room to sweat in the heat along with the remanence of that day's breakfast that was still scattered on the floor.
