There was a very loud guest yelling through the open window at 3am multiple times. A staff member of the neighboring NH hotel took a look to the issue. Also the staff at the reception was nice but should be a little bit more attentive to new incoming guests.

Brilliant, 5 stars all around!
What a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We were a group of 6 friends travelling to Germany for the Timewarp festival located in Mannheim. The hotel was located perfectly to reach the bus and trams to get to and from the venue. The hotel rooms are a bit smaller than usual, but very clean, comfortable and are sound proofed with a built in speaker, perfect for a groups who like to play music with friends. The staff behind the checkin counter and bar were extremely helpful. We had an unexpected hiccup in our journey to Mannheim so it took us a lot longer to get to the hotel then we planned, but the staff were very helpful, checking us it at 5am in the morning! The hotel has a 24 hour bar and serves pizzas 24 hours. Very good value for money! We will be returning next year for timewarps 30th anniversary! Thank you for making our stay very welcoming!

It was a nice modern comfortable room. I had a great few nights sleep and everything was very clean. I had a street facing room and rarely heard anything! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and modern hotel, good for a business trip
The hotel was clean and tidy, well-designed, and had friendly staff. A downside was that there were no amenities in the room, not even a water glass. The breakfast was okay but there weren't so many options available. Unfortunately only one lift working while I was there.

Great boho hotel
Great hotel from my point of view for my 4 day business trip. Young, friendly and efficient staff in a new hotel. Excellent variety and choice for buffet breakfast. Room relatively small but good enough and bed very comfortable. Good wifi. Good location from my perspective, tram stop outside and close enough for me to walk into the centre (approx. 20 minutes) with some good choice of restaurants on the way

Obwohl die Reservierung aus irgendeinem Grund storniert war hat alles geklappt. Das Zimmer war klein aber zweckmäßig und sauber. die Betten sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut mit großer Auswahl. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher Gewerbegebiet aber direkt vor der Türe ist eine S-Bahn Haltestelle mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt oder zur SAP-Arena/Maimarktgelände. Für Kurzaufenthalte gut zu empfehlen!

Das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war!! Auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Mitarbeiter können kaum bis gebrochen Deutsch. Check-In Dauer gefühlt nh halbe Stunde. Das Doppelzimmer hatte nur eine Decke. Service scheint dort keiner buchstabieren zu können. Am nächsten Morgen wird einfach das Zimmer vom Personal aufgeschlossen und behauptet man müsse auschecken während man für 3 Tage gebucht hat. Personal ist also auch nicht in der Lage seinen eigenen Plan zu lesen. Würd mich interessieren wer die Bewerbungsgespräche durchführt. An der Bar weiß der Mitarbeiter nicht wie man Getränke die auf der Karte zubereitet. Einfach schrecklich

Modernes Hotel mit lockerer Atmosphäre, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Die Standardzimmer sind sehr klein - für eine Nacht aber völlig ok, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Luisenpark oder Wasserturm fußläufig erreichbar, Haltestelle (Planetarium) ins Stadtzentrum oder zur SAP Arena direkt vor der Tür (ca. 3,60 EUR pro Person für eine Einzelfahrt). Für einen Kurztrip eine gute Wahl!

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt im the niu square in MA. Das erste Zimmer roch extrem nach Zigarettenrauch. Es wurde ohne Beanstandung gewechselt. Das Bett war sehr weich und unbequem. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt ubd konnte manuell nicht beheizt werden. Die Rezeption hat zwar das Thermostat hochgestellt , nur leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht im Zimmer. Wir haben sehr gefroren.

Als wir ankamen hat sich ein Mitarbeiter mit einem Gast gestritten. Grund ist unklar. Aber das der Mitarbeiter vor den anderen Gästen laut wurde und zum Gast assozial gesagt hat. Sorry - das geht garnicht.
