Outside of building always smelled terribly of cigarettes. Room is very dated and the pool was dirty. Also, there is no elevator so make sure you park lightly. However, the place was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Price way to high for very small room and bathroom door barely cleared toilet, it was like being in a stall, room smelled a little funny let’s just say I won’t stay there again even if it was for one night

Stayed three nights for a pool tournament and I've never smelled a cleaner hotel! Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! Full list of tv channels including premium with no extra cost. They provided a continental breakfast too. It was perfect for what I needed and will stay there again when the pool tournament comes to town next year.

Our shower could use some help but we have stayed here multiple times & the property seems to be cleaned up. The hottub could use a good cleaning. I found a beer cao & a lot of gravel/dirt. Our room was very comfortable though. Easy location. Breakfast, nope! But we had brought our own anyway. You get what you pay for.

Awesome hotel
We purchased a drive a tank experience, looked at so many hotels. This was reasonably priced and not far from where we needed to be. Awesome customer service when checking in. We booked 2 rooms, they accommodated what we wanted, asked preferences, and upgraded our king room to a king suite. Great low key breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

They could not find the reservation. I showed them the receipt on my phone, but they said they didn't have it, so I had to pay for the room again and it was more expensive. I paid for the room twice, so I will be needing a refund. I don't know if the problem was on their end or your end. The lady at the front desk tried to give us someone else's reservation because both of our names were Amy. Totally different last name. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Our group we were going to meet got kicked out, we were told that we booked through expedia deal with them. Had to pay to stay at another hotel for 8 year olds birthday, american inn in mankato was very empathetic and acomidating

When we first entered the hotel, there was no one to greet us and check us in. After finally reaching someone to help us, we walked down the hall to an obvious smell of air freshener. When we opened the door to our room, the room wreaked of musty cigarette smoke. The shampoo and conditioner were half empty bottles and the sheets on the pull out couch had obviously not been changed for quite some time as, they too, smelled very musty. The kids really wanted to enjoy the pool, but that too was a disappointment. We ended up joing other teammates at another hotel to enjoy their pool instead. The fridge was not cleaned and had something spilled on the inside. The continental breakfast also left a lot to be desired and we ended up grabbing breakfast at the Kwik Trip across the road instead. For the amount of money that we paid to stay here (I am assuming it was higher due to sporting tournaments) we could have stayed at a much nicer place according to our teammates. Another family asked if they could check in early and were told that they couldn't. They then received a call at 3pm (while they were at the ball feild watching their child's game) telling them that their reservation was canceled as they were not there at 3pm to check in. On a weekend where almost all hotels were completely booked, this was very inconvenient and unfortunate for this family. Thankfully they were able to find a cheaper and nicer room at a hotel down the road. Not the greatest experience for our family.
