There was no hot water in the morning, bath tub and bathroom sink would not drain the water, cleaning crew did not vacuum the room (crumbs from previous guest were still in the carpet). When checking in, the check in process needs review and customer experience improvement (check in representative courteously asked me to sit and wait while they process the reservation - not something a tired guest wants to hear on checkin especially after 26 hours of flying). Lobby is loud (it echoes the noises of the other patrons) and drafty (the AC blows everywhere, making it feel like there is a strong wind through the lobby). Was awakened by a call at 10am stating check out is at 11am, but the Expedia app stated it is at 12 noon (hotel signage did display 11 am, but it is not congruent with what I based my decision in the Expedia app). The manager did courteously listen to my concerns and issues, which was great of her. Overall, this experience was a very disappointing for a 4 star hotel, and unless serious process changes and maintenance is done to this location, I would recommend to avoid at all costs. There are multiple other options on the same road and very close by to choose from. Choose them.
