Staff is very kind. They helped with baggages and upon checkout gave some souvenir gift which has been appreciated. Strategically located in little Tokyo - close to Legazpi village in Makati. Good rooms. They also have a small restaurant with good food, specially a breakfast menu. They have a free-to-hire DVD collection and all rooms have DVD player. If you have health conditions affecting your movements please consider that there’s no lift.

立地とコストパフォーマンス良い。

マカティの常宿。 徒歩1分内にリトル東京,マカティスクエアがあり、数分歩けばモールやコンビニもあるのでロケーションはとても良い。 マッサージやJTV も多い。 このホテルをベースにマカティ市内はもちろんマニラやオルティガスにも足をのばせる。 大通りから10mくらい引っ込んいるので静かです。 部屋はベッド周りに余裕があり、 広く感じる。 虫が以前は時々出没していたが今はなく清潔感が良くなった。 窓が小さいのが残念です。 エアコンがセパレート式なので騒音は気にならない。 スタッフが皆、とても親切で気楽に滞在できるのが最高。 CP がとても良い。

フロントのお姉さんは愛想良くルームサービスも綺麗にしてるようですが唯一非常に気になったのがゴキブリが多い、その事を伝えたのですが改善されず、出来ない？ ホテルはlittle東京にも近く日本食には困らないのですが相変わらず排気ガスがすごい！

清潔感があり、コストパフォーマンス抜群。

客室、ベッド、シャワールームとトイレ全て綺麗に維持されていて清潔感は問題ないが、害は無いと思うが小さいゴキブリが時々見かけられたのが残念。これがなければコストパフォーマンスは抜群。 エアコンもセパレートタイプで騒音がないので快適でした。 冷蔵庫も設置されており買い物をした飲料、食品の保管ができてうれしい。 シャワーも水量、温水共に問題なし。 場所がリトル東京の目の前なのでショッピングや外出にも困りませんでした。 朝食は別料金ですがロビーで食べるか、部屋か選択できるので朝早いチェックアウトでしたので ルームサービスで部屋で食べるのが便利だと思う。 何より、スタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切なので気楽に宿泊できました。

当日、このホテルにチェックインをしようとした際に徒歩数分の他のホテルに誘導されました。理由はホリデーだから部屋が無いと言う事でした。

Affordable hotel in a good location but...

I wasn't really expecting much especially it's relatively cheap for the location, but the broken AC is a huge problem. It's already set to 19 degrees but I feel like it's on no less than 26 degrees. Asked the staff to fix the problem but all they did was to get the AC remote (which by the way is not left in the room, but in the possession of the hotel staff!), and tried adjusting it to lower temp which did absolutely nothing! It appears they don't maintain the AC. Also there are some tiny cockroaches appearing out of nowhere and it's not something you would expect from a hotel of this class. Not looking forward to check in again in this hotel, nor recommending it to anyone else, sorry.

Centrally located.

Whole night the AC didn't work well. Asked the front desk to get me another room but the attendant Joy wasn't helpful at all. We were sweating as Philippines weather always so hot and humid. Didn't get to sleep due to that.

エアコンが・・・

5日間滞在しました。エアコンは入室時に自動起動するはずですが毎回スイッチが入らず、その都度フロントから来てもらってリモコンで電源オンするという事に・・・。さすがに3日目からはリモコンを常備してくれました。それ以外は料金は安いし及第点です。

リトル東京に近くて便利だが少々難あり、慣れると苦にならなくなる？

サービスとフレンドリー性が落ちたように思う。ラブホテル化してきている様にも思われる。小さなゴキブリが相変わらず多い。部屋でWi-Fiが使えないのが難。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かって貰うのが有料でデポジットまで必要。

Have seen better

No wifi in room but only lobby; 6 floors and no elevator which sucks after awhile; no AC control so whenever you leave room with key, need room service to turn it on once you return. Room is quite small and so is bathroom. For the price i have been in better rooms in Makati and QC. Won't stay again.

・全体的によかった。 ・TVが日本語放送がない点がマイナス。 　（このホテルより格下のホテルには、NHKのBS1、BS2が見れるとこがある。） ・ちょっと激しい雨が降ると、ホテルの前の道が雨水がたまる。

　全体的には、きれいで清潔感がある。 　部屋のシャワーも熱いお湯が出てＯＫ 　フリーＷＩＦＩがロビーでしか使えないのが不便 　ケーブルＴＶに日本語放送（ＢＳ1等）がないのがマイナス 　次回も利用したい。
