everyone was very helpful and seems genuine in their desire to please or satisfy so wonderful customer service. i love the location too and just across the mall. there is a rooftop pool and there is breakfast buffet for a reasonable fee.

We checked in yesterday afternoon at around 3:15. To our utter surprise, the staff told us to wait for 30-45 minutes allegedly because the room was being cleaned and after cleaning, it needed to be inspected (what????? a high end hotel does not have a room immediately available upon check in ???). ...
